Touring Between Hope, Arkansas and Minnesota
On Saturday morning I left Spadra
Park going on Freeway 40 West and getting off to go up on Route 71and found
this to be a very interesting route with much mist, fog and drizzle along
with many wooden, rock, stone and log cabins. It was so nice to see
a populated area after a long time. Stayed on Route 71 to Kansas
City and changed to Freeway 35 to Iowa, then camped at Nine Eagles State
Park in Iowa, near the border of Missouri.
On Sunday I drove directly to Hinckley, MN, where the Campvention of the Deaf is. When I arrived there after 459 long miles, I found many deaf people at "Finger Foods" under a huge "Circus" tent holding 500 people. |
