Returning from the NAD Conference, clothes were washed and I prepared for Rochester.  I rested most of the day. 

   On Tuesday my friend Adri Bivins visited me and we chatted about old days and got caught up on the news because we had not seen each other for over 11 years when we met during the cruise trip to Cansun, Puerto Rico, and Cozemul Island (famous for snorkeling).

     I went to bed late and will go off to Rochester next day.
