On Sunday I had a good breakfast and left at 11:00 A.M.  If I had known ahead I wouldn't come there due to the small number of deaf bowlers and no entertainments for me.

     Anyway, it took me 8 hours to make the trip, with rain in some spots for the first 6 hours.  I was glad I was arriving back to Connecticut at 7:00 P.M.  I still felt so good, so it was time to change the oil due to traveling 4000 miles from Arkansas via Toronto and Washington, D.C.  Then I went to bed.

     On Monday I was surprised to see Tom and Shirley who had come home at midnight without knowing I was there. They told me his family surprised him for his 70th birthday.  I was glad he had a good time with his family.

     During the day I put grease on the axle of the trailer.  They invited me to dinner outside with a big steak.  How nice they were to me!

     I will leave here to go to Boston tomorrow.
